Please note as of August 18th 2014 an updated policy is in effect relating to Audiovisual request submissions.
Event Recording Requests
With the exception of make-up classes and review classes all faculty requests for recording now require approval.
Required Notice Periods
For AV requests relating to services from 9:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm Friday – 24-hour notice (in relation to the event’s start time)
For AV requests relating to services on Friday evenings (5:00pm to 9:00pm) – request must be submitted by 5:00pm the prior Wednesday
For AV requests relating to weekend service – request must be submitted by 5:00pm the prior Monday
For AV requests relating to holiday service (e.g. Memorial Day) - request must be submitted by 5:00pm the prior Thursday
The form will display an alert if you attempt to make a request that does not adhere to the necessary notice period.
Offsite AV setups are not available.
